Coffee Growing
Our coffee is grown sustainably under the shade of trees in a diverse farmsystem promoting biodiversity, coffee quality and food security.
Coffee Processing
Every coffee cherry is harvested and sorted by hand and brought to our drying and processing station, where the coffee cherries are carefully dried in the sun.
Coffee Roasting
In our own onsite coffee roastery we roast our own coffee in small batches.
